Shipping Information and Policies
Many orders ship the same day they are placed! On average you can expect your order to ship out within 1-2 business days. There are some exceptions when items are scarce or stock shipments get delayed. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number(s) associated with your order. Please check your spam and junk folders for this email, as it may be miscategorized by some email platforms. *Orders with expedited shipping methods (UPS Three Day Select, Second Day Air or Next Day Air) placed after 2pm EST will ship the following business day. Our shipping facilities are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
Shipments can take between 1 to 8 days for delivery from time of purchase depending on shipping destination and inventory distribution point. At times, this time frame may be expanded due to circumstances beyond our control. See below for more information on UPS and USPS shipping methods. Larger orders may need to be shipped via truck/freight line due to size restrictions.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number(s) associated with your order. Please check your spam and junk folders for order emails, as some email platforms may miscategorize them. We do our best to provide you with up to date tracking information as we ourselves get access to it. Because we work with outside shipping companies to ensure all shipments go out as timely and cost-effectively as possible, it isn't always possible to provide tracking information immediately upon shipment. If the expected shipping period has expired and you have not received your shipment or any tracking information, please call our service team at 866-777-7990 for assistance. Our number one goal is your satisfaction. See the links below to enter your tracking number(s) for UPS and USPS shipments. For your reference, any tracking number that begins with a "1Z" is a UPS shipment.
Damages
Though we work tirelessly to ensure nothing goes wrong with your purchase and delivery, occasionally damages do occur. We ask that you inspect your package(s) for damage at the time of delivery. PVCFittingsOnline is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping, but we do our best to work with UPS in ensuring any issues with your order are resolved to your satisfaction.

Available Shipping Methods
United States Postal Service (USPS)
USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL - This shipping method is only available on select shipments under 13 oz. USPS estimates delivery within 1 to 3 days of shipment, but there is no guaranteed delivery date. USPS shipments are delivered 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday) and are able to ship to PO boxes.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL - This shipping method is generally quick and inexpensive, especially for smaller packages shipping to locations in the Eastern United States. Though this shipping method does include estimated days in transit, USPS does not guarantee delivery by a specific date. USPS shipments are delivered 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday) and are able to ship to PO boxes.
United Parcel Service (UPS)
UPS GROUND - This is the most cost effective and popular UPS shipping method. Depending on where you live in the United States, you can expect your order to have a 1-5 day transit time on average. See our UPS Ground transit time map here. UPS in unable to ship to PO boxes.
UPS 3 DAY SELECT - Delivered by the end of the third business day (from pickup date*). Available only in the contiguous 48 states.
UPS 2ND DAY AIR - Delivered by the end of the second business day (from pickup date*). Available in 50 US states. Some Alaska and Hawaii shipments may require additional transit time.
UPS NEXT DAY AIR - Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day (from pickup date*), depending on destination. Available in 50 US states. Some Alaska and Hawaii shipments may require additional transit time.
UPS STANDARD - Dependable, cost-effective shipping for less-urgent shipments to and from Canada and Mexico. Offered for international shipments only. The customer is responsible for paying any additional taxes, fees, duties and customs charges the shipment may incur.
Weekend Delivery with UPS: While big corporations have worked out deals with carriers to deliver on weekends, UPS does not include weekend delivery in their standard shipping options. You can expect to recieve your order from PVC Fittings Online on a business day. If you require Saturday delivery please contact us to arrange this service. There is an additional charge for this option.
